Staff

Mini Infant Centers staff is chosen for their qualities of warmth and sensitivity, as well as their training and experience with young children.

There are three staff members present at all times. Each child is assigned two primary caregivers; one for the morning and one for the afternoon. Having a primary caregiver is an important part of the Mini Infant Center philosophy and your child will have the same primary caregiver throughout her stay at Mini. Although each caregiver supervises four children and maintains their charts, all caregivers are aware of the needs of all the children. The environment is one of teamwork and good communication.

Parent Board of Directors

Mini Infant Center is a very small, non-profit childcare center that is governed by a Parent Board of Directors. Board responsibilities include fundraising, budgeting, facility improvements, etc. All parents are encouraged to take a turn at being on the Board for an opportunity to take a more active role in Center management, and to become better acquainted with the Center Director and other parents.
